I offer tools to cultivate awareness, self-compassion, and inner leadership, transforming our "mud" into lotus flowers of understanding and loving-kindness.
My approach to therapy is grounded in Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy. In this model, the psyche is viewed as an inner system (or family) made up of "parts." The work focuses on harmonizing your internal system so that inner leadership, agency, and self-trust can emerge.

Zen meditation, specifically the tradition of Thich Nhat Hanh, is the practice of being fully present and alive in the moment. It is also an opportunity to gain insight into the nature of our suffering and joy, so we can live freely and without fear.
